Business Systems Associate

Winsight is seeking a Business Systems Associate to join the team out of our Chicago office!

This position will be responsible for ongoing support and administration of Salesforce.com CRM and its related integrations. This position will be mostly focused on supporting our internal users in the ongoing day-to-day use of the system. This person promotes user adoption; provides training; tests new functionality; and stays current on industry best practices, new platform releases, AppExchange solutions, and more.

Supports the Sr. Business Systems Manager in administering Salesforce, which includes:

  • Performing day-to-day management of the Salesforce organization (i.e. user management)
  • Managing and responding to end user support requests 
  • Assists in the development and reporting of key sales performance metrics to help drive increased sales productivity
  • Create and maintain objects, fields, views, reports, dashboards, automation and other Salesforce components
  • Perform Quality Assurance on newly developed Salesforce configurations 
  • Performing routine data clean-up functions
  • Documenting company processes and standard operating procedures for internal staff as it relates to Salesforce
  • Conduct end user training and create best practice and user guides for existing and new release features
  • Conduct business requirements gathering sessions as needed for larger sales operations-focused projects, and adeptly translates business requirements into technical solutions within the CRM 
  • Collaborate with end-users to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Continually seek ways to further enhance the end-user experience and provide end user support 
  • Additional administration support of auxiliary systems
  • Other duties as assigned



  • 1+ years of end-user experience in the Enterprise Edition of the Salesforce platform
  • Formal certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, etc. are preferable, but not required
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Conga Composer, DocuSign, and/or Lightning preferred
  • Understanding of how to utilize technology and interface with technical teams to improve program efficiency and business results
  • Intermediate experience working with Excel required
  • Project management and organizational skills, and a strong ability to prioritize
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and sense of humor
  • Eagerness for continuous learning and development 
  • Undergraduate degree
